TROUBLESHOOTING

You have invested in Costa Rica and things are not working out as promised nor as expected. You need someone to find out what is going on, what your position is and you need it done fast. If the situation is (as) bad (as you think) you need someone who will do what needs to be done to set things straight or who knows how to negotiate and talk to people. If that does not work then you need help taking legal action, attach assets and hold people responsible. You need someone with experience in a number of different fields; someone who can do multilingual research and who will go wherever he is needed. You need someone who knows the country and its customs well and has the network in place to get the experts and expertise needed on board. You need someone who is not intimidated; knows his way around, has ample experience in “troubleshooting”, has very good references and has a very good reputation.

You are about to make an investment in Costa Rica but you need to make sure that -what was promised and represented- is reality and not fiction. You need to be sure that your representative is always 100% on the side of his clients and does not play both sides against the middle. RESEARCH AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

You are looking for a good opportunity to do business in the country: whether to import that perfect product Costa Rica just does not have (but you do and you can sell it at a great price); or to find that certain -hard to find- product to export to your customer (who needed it yesterday).
